Sparks Management is a Seattle and Portland based full service short-term rental property management company that handles property furnishing, styling, listing, and coordinating with guests on behalf of the investor/owner. A hands off concept for owners allows for us to be the true definition of turn-key management.

01 — Full Service AirBNB Managment

Did you know as recent as January 2020 Seattle city council changed the laws and regulations surrounding short-term rentals? Under the new laws, Seattle requires property owners to obtain a business license and limited the amount of properties that an owner can rent on sites like AirBNB and VRBO. Additionally, only property owners are allowed to offer short term rentals, sublets are no longer allowed. This is where our experience and knowledge on the Seattle rental market really comes into play. Sparks Management is well versed in the new laws and operates under Seattle’s strict business license requirements. We use an automated revenue management tool, to help maximize your earnings, as well as manage all guest communication. We have access to multiple cleaners, maintenance people, and a professional photographer. Our services cover everything you need to run a successful AirBNB.

What about furniture? Our stylist is flexible to work with what you have or can help source additional decor and design to maximize rental profits. We understand that designing a space can be overwhelming, that’s why we provide a local stylist to help transform your space into a place you and guest will love. On top of sourcing furniture, our stylist can provide you with a mockup before you settle on a particular style.

Now that your property is looking its best, it’s off to the races. We handle everything from creating your listing and taking professional photos of your space to coordinating all cleaning services, maintaining the listing and acquiring new bookings .
